Form A can be used to submit information on financial resources available to implement the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD). In conformity with Decision 24/COP.1, relevant information includes:

1. Bilateral and multilateral co-operation programmes;
2. Funding opportunities that may be provided by non-governmental organizations (NGOs), foundations, academic institutions and other private sector entities;
3. National funding in affected country Parties to finance actions designed to combat desertification and/or mitigate the effects of drought.
